Finished with a 100% pure cotton breathable case with tightly woven fabric and beautifully finished with a piped and double-stitched edge with a baffle box construction for a luxurious feel and a long life.

Choosing Feather or Down

Feathers are party of a bird’s outer layer (wings & back). Down fibres are beneath the protective feather covering and are used for insulation by the bird. Down material lasts longer, is more expensive, and is softer. Feather and down blends provide an economical way to get the feel of a natural pillow and the down provides the extra support needed to prevent the pillow from going flat. Most pillows use a combination of feather and down to provide provide strength and support in the pillow. Pillows that use exclusively down tend to be much more expensive due to the rarity of the down and they offer the ultimate in softness and support.

Fill Power

Fill power in simple terms can be used a measurement for quality. The higher the fill power the better the quality of the down being used. The better the quality of the down the softer your duvet will be. Better quality down provides more support, keeps its shape for longer and the lifespan of the duvet is longer. 

NOMITE

The NOMITE mark indicates that a product is suitable for house dust mite allergy sufferers. The tight weave of the fabric acts as a barrier preventing the mites from passing through, so that those who suffer from house dust allergies or asthma can enjoy the comfort afforded by natural down and feather filled bedding.

DOWNAFRESH

Products marked with Downafresh® document that the feathers and down used as filling material comply with EN 12935 which regulates the requirements for hygiene. We observe the strict requirements for feathers and down used as filling material, applying both to the sourcing and the processing of the product.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next day delivery is available on selected products. If it is available on your order then it will be shown as an option on the product page . Orders must be placed before 11am for delivery the next working day.

If you order after 11am on Friday or over the weekend then your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

ROOM OF CHOICE SERVICE

Delivery to a room of your choice is available on selected products and in limited postcodes. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability in your area. Once you have placed your order we will contact you to book a date and time convenient for you. DELIVER, UNPACK & ASSEMBLY SERVICE 

Our Assembly Service is available on selected products and in limited postcodes.  Please contact us before booking to confirm availability in your area. If the Assembly option is not shown on your chosen product then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once you have placed your order we will contact you to book a date and time convenient for you. Please let us know of any obstructions or access problems when your delivery date is confirmed.

NOTE:

Wall Fitting - For items that require fitting to the wall, please be aware that for insurance purposes our assembly service does not include the fitting to the wall, we will only assemble the items for you.

TV Bed Assembly - Our team will fully assemble your TV bed and all the included electronics however they are not insured to handle your TV. The final step of installing the TV is very straight forward and the assembly team will be happy to guide you through this before they leave.
