FREE DELIVERY within 1-2 weeks (unless stated otherwise)
Delivery is free of charge to Mainland UK addresses only and we aim to deliver this item within 1 to 2 weeks (unless stated otherwise).
After you place your order, we will contact you via email/sms to confirm dispatch or to book a delivery date/time. Please check your junk/spam folders for emails from support@bedkings.co.uk
Please note that the FREE delivery is to a ground floor door only.
If you need delivery within your house please use our "Room Of Choice" service or our "Delivery & Assembly" service.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
There may be a surcharge for larger items to the following postcodes, please check with us before ordering:
- EX, TQ, PL, TR, DT, TA, CT, SA, LL, SY, LD, KA, DG, TD, KY, DD
We cannot deliver to the following postcodes and areas however we will be happy to assist your own courier service to collect from our warehouses
- PA, KW, IV, AB, BT
- Northern Ireland, Eriskay, Mull, Harris, Lewis, Mingulay, Jura, Shetlands, Easdale, Hebrides, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle Of Wight
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Next day delivery is available on selected products. If it is available on your order then it will be shown as an option on the product page . Orders must be placed before 11am for delivery the next working day.
If you order after 11am on Friday or over the weekend then your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
ROOM OF CHOICE SERVICE
Delivery to a room of your choice is available on selected products and in limited postcodes. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability in your area. Once you have placed your order we will contact you to book a date and time convenient for you. Please let us know of any obstructions or access problems when your delivery date is confirmed.
DELIVER, UNPACK & ASSEMBLY SERVICE
Our Assembly Service is available on selected products and in limited postcodes. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability in your area. If the Assembly option is not shown on your chosen product then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once you have placed your order we will contact you to book a date and time convenient for you. Please let us know of any obstructions or access problems when your delivery date is confirmed.

NOTE:
Wall Fitting - For items that require fitting to the wall, please be aware that for insurance purposes our assembly service does not include the fitting to the wall, we will only assemble the items for you.
TV Bed Assembly - Our team will fully assemble your TV bed and all the included electronics however they are not insured to handle your TV. The final step of installing the TV is very straight forward and the assembly team will be happy to guide you through this before they leave.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Delivery failed on the 1st sept as was told that they did not have the full address. This was emailed to you on the 22nd August as requested (please see attachment) Was on holiday but got someone to come round to meet the delivery. Then delivered on the 6th Sept but as email sent to you on the 1st sept after the failed delivery I told you I was on holiday until the 9th Sept. Was then told delivery 10th sept but never turned up as van breakdown Then told 12th Sept between 5-8pm. Away with work so got someone round to take delivery. Checked at 6 and update was 11.50pm. Checked at 8 and was told 3.40 AM !!!! Disgusting service. I am home next week on monday wednesday and friday. Please let me know which of these days the bed will be delivered and before 3.10 A !!!!. I suggest you used a better courier service going forward.
